Sensible, Fast Weight Loss – Naturally

Every American is bombarded with images of celebrities who're trim, slim and athletic, and then promised that some miracle diet aid, or diet plan, or exercise plan, will melt the pounds away. The way to lose weight is naturally, through diet and exercise and being sensible.

All of this is pure bull. Unless you have the genetic makeup to be a professional body builder, no amount of time spent in the gym is going to give you the body of one. Which isn't to say that some improvement can't be made…but the first lesson in learning to lose weight naturally is to understand what the limits are of what you're attempting and to be happy with who you are and what you look like.

There are three serious weight loss tips, described below. None of them will cause you to lose a hundred pounds in a month in a healthy fashion, and all of them require changing the way you live, but if you make the commitments to them, they'll walk you through how to lose weight fast.

The first method is to get more exercise. This is the most useful method out there to lose weight fast– you need to get at least 20 minutes of heart pounding, work so hard you're gasping for breath exercise at least three times a week, plus about two to three hours of lighter exercise in between times. Running on treadmills is boring. Walking to work, or jogging after work through the park on the way home isn't. Lifting weights is dull, unless you're seeing immediate gains from it, and if you're doing it right, it hurts. Playing vicious games of racquetball or squash, so hard that you're sweating and gasping, can be a lot of fun. Heck, for that matter, run around with the dog or take the kids out and play some Ultimate Frisbee. The key to getting your activity levels up is to enjoy what you're doing.

The second method is caloric intake reduction. Most Americans drink way too much soda pop for their own good, and soda pop is the prime candidate for excess caloric intake. One can typically has 120 calories from sugar alone, and someone who drinks three or four cans in a day is consuming almost a quarter of the 2,000 calorie diet from those cans in one go. Even diet sodas can trigger weight gain, because they cause your body to think there's a surplus of sweet sugars around, and it'll step up the production of insulin. Don't try to restrict your diet to less than 2000 calories if you want to lose weight naturally. All you'll do is trick your body into thinking you're starving, and it'll pack on the fat as reserves to get you through the famine it thinks its experiencing.

The third method to lose weight naturally is to balance what you eat. When you're restricting your caloric intake, shift more of your diet to proteins and fats and away from carbohydrates and sugars. Your body needs some carbohydrates to function, and will tend to convert them to fats for use later. Somewhere around 50% protein, 30% fats, and 20% will help you lose weight fast. Don't make the mistake of cutting out the fats; they're one of the real triggers for the "I'm full, turn off the hunger pangs" response in your body.

Now that you've read all that, let's take a look at Kevin Trudeau's new book, "The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want You To Know About" where he explains in a simple step by step easy to follow method how to reset your hypothalamus and never worry about exercise or counting calories or what you eat. Don't wait any longer to find out how to reshape your body with out exercise and increase your energy at the same time.
